Summary: We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in and keep the Service secure. We use a session cookie and a CSRF token. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser at any time.

We also use similar technologies such as local storage and session storage in the browser to provide core Service functionality.

ConvoAI uses cookies to:

  • Keep you authenticated while you use the dashboard
  • Protect against Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) attacks
  • Remember your session preferences (e.g., current tab, language)
  • Ensure the security and reliability of the Service

We do not use cookies for advertising targeting, behavioural tracking across third-party sites, or to build advertising profiles.

Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the Service to function. Without them, you cannot log in or use the dashboard. They do not require your consent under applicable cookie laws.

Functional / Preference Cookies

These cookies remember choices you make on the Service (such as your current tab or UI state). They improve your experience but are not required for core functionality.

Analytics Cookies

Where used, these cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the Service (pages visited, errors encountered) to improve the product. We use only anonymised, aggregated data and do not combine it with your personal data.

Currently, ConvoAI does not use third-party analytics cookies such as Google Analytics.

All cookies listed above are first-party cookies set directly by ConvoAI (serverlys.com / the domain you access the Service on). They are transmitted over HTTPS only and are HttpOnly where possible to prevent JavaScript access.

5. Third-Party Cookies

Stripe

If you access our billing or payment pages, Stripe may set cookies to detect fraud and ensure payment security. These are strictly necessary for the payment process. For more information, see Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Content Delivery Networks (CDN)

We load publicly available libraries (Tailwind CSS, Alpine.js, Font Awesome) from CDNs. These CDNs do not set tracking cookies but may log your IP address as part of standard server access logs in accordance with their own privacy policies.

No Advertising or Social Media Tracking

We do not embed any advertising pixels, social media tracking cookies, or third-party retargeting cookies on the ConvoAI platform. If the marketing website (separate from the dashboard) uses such technologies, this policy will be updated accordingly.

6. Managing & Disabling Cookies

Browser Settings

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

  • View cookies currently stored on your device
  • Block all or specific cookies
  • Delete cookies individually or in bulk
  • Set preferences for specific websites

Impact of Disabling Cookies

Disabling strictly necessary cookies (especially sessionid and csrftoken) will prevent you from logging in and using the ConvoAI dashboard. Non-essential cookies can be disabled without affecting core functionality.

Do Not Track

We respect the "Do Not Track" (DNT) browser signal. When DNT is enabled, we do not track your activity beyond what is strictly necessary to provide the Service.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time as we add new features or change our use of cookies. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Service.
