Who can join?
Agencies, consultants and freelancers who set up websites, marketing or customer service for other businesses. You're approved as soon as you sign up.
How do I charge my clients?
However you like. We bill you at your partner price through your Serverlys account; you set your own price for your clients and invoice them yourself.
What counts toward my tier?
Clients on a paid plan whose plan is active. Your discount is recalculated automatically, and your existing client plans renew at your new tier.
Can my clients see ConvoAI's name?
By default the app says ConvoAI. White-label, with your own brand and domain, is available on request.
What if a client leaves?
Cancel their plan in your Serverlys account. Their workspace stays available for you to export or reactivate, and they stop counting toward your tier.
Are refunds available?
Yes: every paid client plan has a 30-day money-back guarantee on its first term, as described in our Refund Policy. Used AI voice minutes are not refundable.
